More than 25 years of experience in supporting NGOs, blazing trails, testing new solutions - that's us: the ESWIP team. We act with mission and passion. We care about the development, integration, and promotion of non-governmental organisations from the Warmia and Mazury region, and we support civic activity. These words are followed by actions: almost 200 completed projects for nearly €17.5 million. More than 5,000 people have benefited from our training courses. We have helped to create more than 500 jobs in social enterprises, strengthened more than 1,000 organisations in their development.

Enthusiasts by nature and experts in profession – in one place and time meet as a team to act for common ideas, creating a civil society. We discover and connect people’s undiscovered potentials and release their creative energy. We build bonds and relationships, we create space for cooperation. We take up challenges, break fresh ground and share our experiences with local communities, local governments and NGOs. Our passion is social development.
